新一年恭祝各方好友身心靈健康! 平安快樂! 感謝大家和綠生基、Club O一起迎接2016年!
李宇銘博士本年度接棒作新一屆綠生基的主席,期望能與大家攜手為綠色生活努力,希望結出欣實的成果。
坊間推動素食以營造健康身體、減少肉食及環球購物而造成的碳排放、推廣愛護地球及動物、提昇對產品及食物裏化學物質的關注等的努力都在社會逐漸推展感染力,吸引更多人和我們踏上綠色生活的路,在日常生活裏實踐,例如素食、選購本地有機食物及產品等。香港素食會最近亦已經重組,廣邀更多素食朋友加入,亦與不同素食群組協作舉辦活動,共同努力,為地球加多一點綠色。
從家庭開始推動,是我們其中一個重點發展方向。故此Club O會外展到不同的社區中心,商業機構和病人資源中心,為他們舉辦家庭素食廚藝、運動、素食營養等等工作坊,支持大家從靜心,飲食、運動等方面,營造健康快樂的綠色家庭生活。
2 016 年 我 們 還 有 許 多發 展 空 間,誠 邀 大 家 親 身、致 電、電郵、facebook等方法,分享您的想法及建議,集思廣益,群策群力營造綠色香港,地球因為我們的付出而變得更綠油油。
